IT Project Leads

Duties

Plan, initiate and manage information technology projects. Develop end-to-end project plans including activities, dependencies, timelines and ownership. Create project forecasts and status reports. Drive agile and scrum models for IT projects, organize scrum meetings and set sprint goals. Monitor and report on project status, metrics and resource allocations to ensure optimal performance. Review the quality of deliverables, evaluate and suggest alternative solutions and benefits, and build and manage shareholder relationships. Oversee scheduling and risk and issue management. Utilize Mendix, .Net, OpenText, COBOL, Pega, HTML, TOAD, CRM, Rally, Jira, etc.

Requirements

MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering (any) or a closely related field and 3 years of experience leading and managing information technology projects, including scrum master experience. Or a BS or foreign equivalent in the above and 5 years of relevant progressive experience, including at least 3 years leading and managing IT projects with scrum master experience.

Full time. Travel involved to client locations within the US.
